New Atlantic constructed 3, 3-story buildings with 125 units, 425 beds.

This project was fast-tracked and completed in less than a year for the fall enrollment at Georgia College & State University.

Student amenities include a clubroom, billiards lounge, tech-forward business center, state-of-the-art fitness center, movie theatre, and a zero-entry saltwater pool.

High tech features were installed throughout, such as video controlled access, monitored alarms, and HD flat screens in all common areas.
