Originally built in 1980, this project was a complete renovation of an apartment complex.

• Work included updates to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with new fixtures; installation of fire protection, security, and monitoring systems; removal of asbestos materials, updated finishes, doors and hardware, accessibility code compliance, improvement of user comforts, and building efficiency. Also, we installed 2 new elevators. Exterior work included underground utilities, metal-roofed entrance canopies, and replacement of windows. The project achieved a LEED™ Silver certification.
