New Atlantic, in collaboration with Dewberry as a Design-Build team, successfully completed a remarkable manufacturing facility spanning 270,000 square feet. This expansive steel-framed structure featured a concrete slab, a metal panel exterior, and a TPO roof. Notably, it incorporated some of the largest exterior glass installations in the US. The plant relied on large fans for ventilation, and propane heating, as there was no HVAC system.

The facility was equipped with cranes and substantial electrical switchgear to accommodate manufacturing processes, clean rooms, and drive-in deliveries. Additionally, it housed a proprietary office facility, making it a multifunctional and innovative industrial space.
