Main Street Clemmons

New Atlantic was awarded the Clemmons Town Center that is to serve as the “Main Street” of the Town of Clemmons.

The new Town Center integrates specialty retail, housing, offices, entertainment, and open spaces along the “Main Street.” It will offer a convenient neighborhood shopping experience while providing a sense of place to visitors and residents.

We constructed two, 2-story retail buildings and performed site development of 23-acres.
